Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and independent Sales Executive, to become an incremental part of, and contributor to our growth ambitions in DACH.

Conference Manager is a profitable B2B SaaS business with a headquarter in Denmark and a high-performance sales subsidiary located in Munich. We are the leading provider of registration and event management solutions in Scandinavia and now embarking on an exciting journey to become the leading provider in Europe. The DACH region is crucial to achieving this goal and therefore we are on the lookout for skilled professionals to join our team.

We are looking for a proactive and independent Sales Executive, to become an incremental part of, and contributor to our growth ambitions in DACH.

Your responsibilities are to:

  • Your main responsibility will be to build our German market presence through acquiring new customers in various segments in the DACH region
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer portfolio
  • Develop account plans and strategies to maximize client retention and increase customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and successful adoption of our solutions
  • Represent the company at industry wide events to build brand awareness and develop new business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with trends related to event management software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years sales experience as an Account Executive or Business Development Representative,
  • Preferably with experience in the SaaS industry, with a focus on selling software solutions to B2B clients
  • Interest or knowledge of the event management industry and the challenges faced by event professionals
  • Familiarity with data security regulations, such as GDPR, and the ability to effectively communicate our commitment to data protection to clients.
  • Demonstrated success in finding and developing accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Native German language skills (additional language a plus)
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experienced negotiation and presentation capabilities, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand clients’ pain points and propose effective solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

The DACH Sales team is a crucial part of Conference Manager’s growth journey, and you will be an important part of expanding the team further and helping to scale our business in the region. We are busy and there’s a lot of demand for our platform – and together with the Customer Success and Enablement team, we’re going to succeed with even more customers and have a lot fun at the same time!
