Marketing Coordinator

Conference Manager is a profitable B2B SaaS business with a headquarter in Denmark and a high-performance sales subsidiary located in Munich. We are the leading provider of registration and event management solutions in Scandinavia and now embarking on an exciting journey to become the leading provider in Europe.

Do you want to be a part of this journey?

We are looking for a skilled and independent Marketing Coordinator to lead our efforts on building the optimal lead gen machine and own our content strategy and execution.

Your responsibilities are to:

• Identify value-creating activities that can increase the marketing budget’s impact on the bottom line
• Develop engaging and relevant ideas for content on different platforms.
• Creating and editing written, visual or multimedia content such as articles, videos, infographics and social media posts.
• Monitor and analyze performance of content metrics to fine-tune strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve content quality.
• Adapt content style and tone to different platforms and audiences.
• Maintain, develop and follow up on our presence on social media across our digital channels
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing spend and performance based on the insights
• Realize marketing KPIs (traffic, followers and engagement)
• Collaboration with agencies and other partners
• Be an internal copywriter providing text and content for digital marketing

Qualifications:

• You have a relevant education in marketing, e-commerce, communication or data analysis.
• You are passionate about creating inspiring and innovative content
• You have knowledge of the Adobe package
• You are comfortable presenting
• You can work independently and has a strong drive
• You know the difference between developing content for a website and LinkedIn
• You have an interest in new technologies, methods and tools in the field.
• You are experienced in identifying target groups and create digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• You are up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• You have strong organizational and project management skills
• You are proactive and a strong decision maker who can set and meet deadlines
• You are professional in English

We are busy and there’s a lot of demand for our platform – and together with Sales and the Customer Success & Enablement team, we’re going to succeed with even more customers and have a lot fun at the same time!

You will be reporting directly to the CCO and primarily working out of our HQ in Virum, Denmark. The position is a full-time role.
